Whether your goal is to live a healthier lifestyle or to accomplish a short-term or long-term fitness goal, Bodyworks Fitness is the gym for you!

Bodyworks is under new ownership and is an independent, locally owned gym that is conveniently located on the corner of 57th and Louise behind Panera.  You’ll find a friendly staff, a clean facility with top-of-the-line fitness equipment, 24-hour access, locker rooms, tanning and affordable personal training.

We also offer small classes to ensure more personalized attention.

Our Services

Individual Training
Individual Training

One-on-one personal attention takes your training to the ultimate level.  You get super-focused, you learn faster, you get in shape quicker.  We will guide you with exercise instruction, nutrition instruction and a workout plan specifically designed for your personal goals and abilities.

Individual Training sessions are available as 1 hour sessions or 30 minutes sessions.


Partner Training
Partner Training

Get personal attention for less money by pairing up with a friend for training sessions.  Training with a friend always brings out a higher level of accountability as well as the “competitive monster.”  Our trainer will coach you and your partner through each customized workout and prepare a personalized nutrition plan for each of you.
